- Unused balance of paid "HoloCoins" - Held "Creator Points" *Bonus/free coins (obtained from login bonuses or campaigns) are not eligible for refund.

[How to check your balance]
- HoloCoins: Log in to your account, visit the "Web Shop" on the official website, and click the "▼" symbol next to the HoloCoin icon in the top right.
- Creator Points: Log in to the "Holoearth Marketplace" and check under "Sales Management".

June 29, 2026 (Mon) 12:00 PM - September 30, 2026 (Wed) 12:00 PM (JST)

*Please note that if an application is not made within this period, it will be excluded from this refund process.

■ Refund Process

  1. Please fill out the form below and submit.
    *An "Attachment" is not required for this application. Please submit as is.
  2. We will verify your balance information.
  3. Refunds will be processed to your account after verification is complete.

As a general rule, please specify a financial institution account in Japan for the refund. Accounts at financial institutions outside Japan can also be specified, except for some regions. However, please be aware that if you specify an account outside Japan, remittance may not be possible due to laws and regulations, financial institution policies, or other reasons.

Incomplete or incorrect information may result in the inability to process your refund. Please review your application carefully.
